Korean 7 Skin Method

How do Koreans get perfect skin?

I have always been skeptical about using toners on my skin. Before K- beauty came into my life, toners were synonymous with alcohol content. That really put me off as my skin is very sensitive. But then the alcohol free Korean watery toners came into my life. They turned me from a sceptic to a believer! They are an amazing class of skincare product which the Koreans use to get perfect skin!. In Korea, toners are called “skins”. So the Korean 7 Skin Method translates as the seven toners method.

What is Korean 7 Skin Method?

So what exactly is this Seven skins method? Its very easy and simple. Just apply the watery toner of your choice onto your damp skin seven times in a row! Yes its that simple. This helps to absorb more of the goodness of the toners directly into your skin. I have personally used toner upto 4 times and am not very religious about the 7 times. But since the number 7 has a significance in the universe, I think I will start doing the seven skins method very soon.

How often should you do the 7 skin method?

Its recommended to do the 7 skin method every other day for calm skin. If your skin is over sensitive its best to reduce the frequency. Be sure to choose a toner that your skin loves. For me hyaluronic acid skins are the safest and my skin just drinks it up. This results in plump, healthy and very happy skin.

You may be asking yourself that should I do the seven skin method in the AM or PM?

In my opinion, the best time for 7 skin method is during your bedtime routine. Our skin heals and resets at night. So giving it this extra shot of hydrating, nourishing toner will help you wake up with a bright and glowing face.
