Vanilla Cashew Heart cake

I made this vanilla cashew heart cake for Valentines Day this year.

Vanilla Cashew Heart Cake

Ingredients

2 eggs
½ cup almond milk(50ml)
½ cup condensed milk(50 ml)
3/4 cup butter( 75 ml)
1.5 cup APF
½ cup cashew powder
Vanilla extract
Baking vinegar ½ tsp
Baking powder 1 ½ tsp

Method for Vanilla Cashew Heart cake

Beat the eggs until frothy.
Add in condensed milk + butter + almond milk+ BV and mix well.
Sieve in the dry ingredients preserving ½ tsp B.P for later.
Mix well so that there are no lumps left.
Add in the remaining baking powder.
Mix well and pour into a well greased heart shaped baking mould.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes or till completely cooked.
Remove from oven and cool.
Prepare ganache icing by microwaving 50 gm dark chocolate, 10 gm butter and 25 ml fresh cream. Whip it well till shiny.
Ice the cake when completely cooled. Decorate with sliced strawberries.
