Paint, draw, sing and dance, do it all to be merry,
Don’t let life’s hardships take away your smile so cheery.
Sadness and dismay appear like waves in our life’s shores,
Despite them it is our souls magic that helps us score,
Happy thoughts and positivity keeps us thriving,
Nobody controls how you think is what keeps us jiving,
Recall the eternal Sunshine of the earlier days,
To recreate the clear soul of a heart happy and gay,
Selfless acts of kindness can bring a lot of joy,
A wellness practice that’s nearly as good as a toy!
